By registering an account with ovabet, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gaming activities. Your ovabet account is personal and non-transferable. Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, ovabet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including wins, bonuses, and any deposits pending withdrawal. Members whose accounts are closed for violations are not eligible to re-register under the same or a different identity.

Members who believe their account has been suspended or closed unfairly have the right to appeal by contacting the ovabet support team. All appeals will be reviewed impartially and a response will be provided within 5 business days. ovabet's decision following an appeal review is final and binding.
